Can't Afford a Doctor

How about this: Vote for Obama so that I can go to the doctor. Visiting an ENT (which, for my occupation is absolutely essential) costs at least $200 just to walk in the door.

I cannot afford that. So, what do I do? Risk permanent damage to my body? Or go in debt? How far into debt?
